Writing, training, designing and daydreaming
From My Desk…
Developing environments that remove barriers to physical activity and social well-being is a necessary step towards improving the healthy identity of a city and the people it serves.
What are we planning for when we plan? Creating an ecosystem of care is imperative for creating a culture of connection.
As an environmental designer, I know that the purpose of urban planning is for human health and that placemaking for running can be on anybody’s drawing board – if it is part of the conversation.

Do you love dogs? Do you Love running? Join the D90 Run Club and take shelter dogs out for the exercise and connection they need to stay physically and socially fit while they wait for their furever family!
PUPDATE: Mi is in foster! She is an affectionate 3 yr old, good with other dogs and kids, and would do well with active people who enjoy hiking, running and walking. Reach out to Ruff Road Revival for adoption inquries.
